Performed extensive revision and update of eight real estate prelicense courses and created thousands of associated quiz and exam questions. Revised and updated real estate continuing education courses. Authored new real estate and insurance CE courseware. Also wrote thousands of insurance questions for practice test banks with answers and rationales.

Was extensively involved in adapting and preparing text-based courseware for interactive, Web-based delivery, including conversion to HTML and PDF. Populated tens of thousands of fields in large, online test bank databases.
